great location balcony room excellent breakfast poor lighting awful internet third floor

the location was great. it was close to the bridge and trolley lines. i got upgraded to a balcony room (i was very happy about that) with a view of the rhine. the breakfast was excellent.

the interior lighting wasn't that great. the internet in my room was awful. i had to go to the third floor to use my ipad.

rhine river delight

great location extra space

the hotel had a great location near the rhine river (i enjoyed the views). i was upgraded to a corner room in a building near the main one, which gave me extra space. the room was quiet and private, a peaceful retreat.

the hotel is older, and the furnishings felt a bit outdated. it could benefit from newer decor. also, there was no air conditioning, which might be an issue for some during hotter periods.

the hotel provides coffee service on each floor for easy access to refreshments. there is a tea and water station available on each floor, providing drinks around the clock. it included still and sparkling water.

the breakfast buffet offered a great selection in a lovely room overlooking the river (the gluten-free bread was a plus). i enjoyed the food and the view. there was even a toaster for gluten-free bread.

the room was well-equipped with a comfortable bed for a perfect night's sleep. my corner room provided extra space. the room felt clean and well-kept.

the staff was pleasant and helpful (i really appreciated their recommendations). they shifted my dinner reservation at the hotel restaurant to accommodate my schedule. the team also provided useful tips.

river view swimming bag

The room had a perfect view of the Rhine River. A loan kit with a swimming bag was a really nice touch (I definitely made use of it!).
