the location was great. it was close to the bridge and trolley lines. i got upgraded to a balcony room (i was very happy about that) with a view of the rhine. the breakfast was excellent.

the interior lighting wasn't that great. the internet in my room was awful. i had to go to the third floor to use my ipad.

The location is near the bridge. Trolley lines are accessible nearby. The hotel upgraded my room to a balcony room. This had a view of the Rhine.

the hotel had a great location near the rhine river (i enjoyed the views). i was upgraded to a corner room in a building near the main one, which gave me extra space. the room was quiet and private, a peaceful retreat.

the hotel is older, and the furnishings felt a bit outdated. it could benefit from newer decor. also, there was no air conditioning, which might be an issue for some during hotter periods.

the hotel provides coffee service on each floor for easy access to refreshments. there is a tea and water station available on each floor, providing drinks around the clock. it included still and sparkling water.

The room had a perfect view of the Rhine River. A loan kit with a swimming bag was a really nice touch (I definitely made use of it!).
